尿动力学检查在糖尿病膀胱病变合并良性前列腺增生症中的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析尿动力学检查对于糖尿病膀胱病变合并良性前列腺增生症诊治的临床应用价值。方法选取60例糖尿病膀胱病变合并良性前列腺增生症患者作为观察组,60例单纯良性前列腺增生症患者作为对照组。两组患者均行尿动力学检查,比较两组患者的初始尿意容量(FDV)、最大膀胱容量(MCC)、剩余尿量(RUV)、最大尿流率(Qmax)及逼尿肌收缩无力、低顺应性膀胱、不稳定膀胱发生率。结果观察组患者的FDV、RUV及逼尿肌收缩无力、不稳定膀胱的发生率分别为(220.58±55.38)ml、(95.20±32.53)ml、76.67%、58.33%,均显著高于对照组的(175.37±50.62)ml、(65.28±23.57)ml、13.33%、31.67%,Qmax、低顺应性膀胱发生率分别为(3.54±0.86)ml、30.00%,显著低于对照组的(6.24±0.97)ml、76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组MCC比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尿动力学检查可以为糖尿病膀胱病变合并良性前列腺增生症患者的诊断、评估提供可靠依据,为其治疗提供辅助。Objective To analyze the clinical value of urodynamic examination in diabetic cystopathy complicated with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 60 patients with diabetic cystopathy combined with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected as the observation group,and 60 patients with simple benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected as the control group.Urodynamic examinations were performed in both groups,and the first desire to void(FDV),maximum cystometric capacity(MCC),residual urine volume(RUV),maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax),and detrusor weakness,and incidence of low compliance bladder,unstable bladder were compared between the two groups.Results The FDV,RUV,incidence rates of detrusor weakness,and unstable bladder in the observation group were(220.58±55.38)ml,(95.20±32.53)ml,76.67%,and 58.33%,which were significantly higher than(175.37±50.62)ml,(65.28±23.57)ml,13.33%,31.67%in the control group;the Qmax and incidence of low compliance bladder in the observation group were(3.54±0.86)ml and 30.00%,which were significantly lower than(6.24±0.97)ml and 76.67%in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in MCC between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Urodynamic examination can provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis and evaluation of patients with diabetic cystopathy complicated with benign prostatic hyperplasia,and provide assistance for their treatment.
