药物保守治疗联合临床干预治疗异位妊娠患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析药物保守治疗联合临床干预治疗异位妊娠患者的临床疗效。方法60例异位妊娠患者,均接受药物保守治疗联合临床干预治疗。分析患者治疗效果,比较治疗前后血人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)水平及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果治疗后,患者血HCG水平(123.45±12.34)IU/L、HAMA评分(23.21±2.33)分、HAMD评分(22.45±3.76)分均低于治疗前的(1367.34±102.34)IU/L、(36.56±5.64)分、(35.67±5.64)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。60例患者中55例治愈,治愈率为91.67%;5例患者用药1周内改为手术治疗。结论对异位妊娠患者采用药物保守治疗过程中配合规范性的干预措施可提升治疗效果,并有效改善患者情绪,值得临床推广普及。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of conservative drug therapy combined with clinical intervention in the treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods All 60 patients with ectopic pregnancy received conservative drug treatment combined with clinical intervention.The therapeutic effect,human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)level,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score before and after treatment were analyzed.Results After treatment,the blood HCG level of 60 patients was(123.45±12.34)IU/L,HAMA score was(23.21±2.33)points,and HAMD score was(22.45±3.76)points,which were all lower than(1367.34±102.34)IU/L,(36.56±5.64)points,and(35.67±5.64)points before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the 60 patients,55 cases were cured,and the cure rate was 91.67%;5 patients were converted to surgery within 1 week of medication.Conclusion In the process of drug conservative treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy,normative intervention measures can improve the therapeutic effect,effective improve the mood of patients,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
