充气式肩吊带辅助偏瘫后肩关节半脱位恢复的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析偏瘫后肩关节半脱位的特点,研究充气式肩吊带辅助治疗对患者恢复效果的影响。方法80例偏瘫后肩关节半脱位患者,采取随机法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规康复技术治疗,观察组采用常规康复技术治疗+充气式肩吊带治疗。比较两组患者康复效果以及治疗前后上肢功能、日常生活活动能力、肩痛程度评分。结果观察组康复总有效率92.50%高于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2个月后,观察组上肢功能评分(53.30±8.50)分、日常生活活动能力评分(50.50±5.50)分均高于对照组的(42.20±5.60)、(40.50±4.50)分,肩痛程度评分(1.05±0.20)分低于对照组的(2.80±0.30)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论充气式肩吊带辅助治疗可以促进偏瘫后肩关节半脱位恢复,提升患者的上肢功能、日常生活活动能力,减轻肩痛程度,进而提升患者的康复效果,具有推行价值。Objective To analyze the characteristics of shoulder joint subluxation after hemiplegia,and study the effect of inflatable shoulder sling adjuvant therapy on the recovery effect of patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with shoulder subluxation after hemiplegia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation technology,while the observation group was treated with conventional rehabilitation technology plus inflatable shoulder sling.The rehabilitation effect,upper limb function,activities of daily living,and shoulder pain scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of rehabilitation 92.50%in the observation group was higher than 70.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the upper limb function score(53.30±8.50)points and the activity of daily living score(50.50±5.50)points in the observation group were higher than(42.20±5.60)and(40.50±4.50)points in the control group,and shoulder pain score(1.05±0.20)points was lower than(2.80±0.30)points in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Inflatable shoulder sling can promote the recovery of shoulder subluxation after hemiplegia,improve the patient's upper limb function,activities of daily living,and reduce the degree of shoulder pain,and thus improve the rehabilitation effect of patients,which has the value of promotion.
