摘  要:采用分散红277在超临界二氧化碳(scCO_(2))中对涤纶织物进行染色,采用控制变量法,设置18组染色实验,分析单一染色工艺条件对染色结果的影响,得出最佳染色时间为60 min、染色温度为120℃、染色压力为30 MPa。最优染色条件下获得的涤纶织物的色深值(K/S)为7.24、固色率为93.5%;染色后涤纶织物的耐日晒色牢度为5级,耐皂洗色牢度为4~5级,耐摩擦色牢度为2级;染色后的涤纶织物在自然光源下呈现桃红色,在紫外光源下织物呈橙红色荧光。The Disperse Red 277 was used to dye polyester fabrics in supercritical carbon dioxide scCO_(2).18 groups of dyeing experiments were set up by using the control variable method.The influence of single dyeing condition on dyeing results was analyzed.The optimum dyeing condition was determined as follows:dyeing time 60 min,dyeing temperature 120℃,dyeing pressure 30 MPa.Under the optimum dyeing conditions,the color depth value(K/S)of polyester fabric was 7.24 and the fixation rate was 93.5%.The color fastness results showed that the color fastness to sunlight,soaping and rubbing of the dyed polyester fabric were grade 5,grade 4~5 and grade 2,respectively.The dyed polyester fabric exhibited pinkish under natural light and orange-red fluorescence under ultraviolet light.
