摘  要:目的:优化银杏达莫注射液制备工艺。方法:以银杏总黄酮含量、双嘧达莫含量、外观等为指标,对原料药银杏叶提取物进行筛选,对注射液溶媒、助溶剂、抗氧化剂、活性炭吸附作用、注射液pH值选择等进行工艺优化研究。结果:水溶性银杏叶提取物为原料;注射用水为溶媒;丙二醇为助溶剂;焦亚硫酸钠为抗氧化剂;活性炭吸附热原,脱色助滤;pH值控制在4.2~4.3。结论:该优化工艺质量稳定可控,为大生产提供可靠依据。In order to optimize the preparation process of ginkgo diphytidamole injection,the extract of ginkgo biloba leaves was screened by taking the total flavonoid content of ginkgo biloba,dipyridamole content and appearance as indicators,and the injection solvent,cosolvent,antioxidant,adsorption of activated carbon and pH value of injection was studied.The results showed that optimized process conditions were as follows:using water soluble ginkgo leaf extract as raw material,using injection water as injection solvent,using propylene glycol as cosolvent,using sodium metabisulfite as antioxidant,using activated carbon to adsorb pyrogen for improving the clarity of products,adjusting the pH value of injection to 4.2~4.3.The optimized process quality was stable and controllable,providing reliable basis for mass production.
