摘　　要：以某实际工程为案例,详细介绍了牛担板企口梁在免模免撑工艺中的设计和施工要领,着重进行了牛担板、栓钉和承压板的尺寸设计,并对施工方案的难点进行了分析,解决主、次梁牛担板企口连接的问题,从而保证了吊装工程的施工质量,加快了装配式结构的施工进度。同时对免模免撑预制混凝土结构的施工技术进行总结,对类似的工程施工有一定的借鉴作用。Taking a practical project as an example, this paper introduces in detail the design and construction essentials of the cattle bearer plate tongue and groove beam in the form free and support free process, focuses on the design of the size of the cattle bearer plate, stud and pressure bearing plate is emphasized. The difficulties of the construction scheme are analyzed, and the problem of the tongue and groove connection of the main and secondary beams is solved, so as to ensure the construction quality of the hoisting project and speed up the construction progress of the fabricated structure. At the same time, the construction technology of formwork free and support free precast concrete structure is summarized, which can be used as a reference for similar engineering construction.
