摘　　要：结合综合医院门诊楼的科室较多,热水用水点分散且用水量较小和生活热水供热方式较难确定等情况,本文对综合医院门诊楼生活热水采用分散和集中两种供热方式,从节能、减排和经济效益等角度进行分析对比,提出综合医院门诊楼生活热水系统设计的思路,供类似工程参考。According to more departments, scattered location of hot water and water consumption small in the outpatient building of the general hospital, it is difficult to determine the supply mode of domestic hot water. The form of decentralized and centralized heating of the domestic hot water in the outpatient building of the general hospital was compared based on the analysis of energy conservation, emission reduction and economic benefits, which provides the design idea of domestic hot water system in outpatient building of general hospital, and provides a reference for similar engineering practice.
