摘　　要：目的了解某驻训部队官兵心理调试能力水平现状,探讨官兵不同职级心理调试水平与心理弹性、人格类型和自评症状的关系,为建立官兵心理调试能力失衡应对方案提供科学有效的依据。方法采用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、艾森克人格测验问卷(EPQ)、国内修订状态自评量表(SCL-90)及自制人口学信息调查问卷对某驻训部队2136名官兵进行调查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果从总分来看,战士、士官与军官在心理弹性量表总分上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);从各维度来看,在个人能力、抗压力、积极接受、控制、宗教等方面,战士、士官与军官差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);从多重比较结果来看,战士和军官在心理弹性各维度上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。士官和军官在心理弹性量表各维度上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);SCL症状自评量表总分对心理弹性量表得分贡献显著,说明SCL症状自评量表得分大小可以预测心理弹性。不同职级对心理弹性的贡献显著,说明战士、士官与军官的职级对心理弹性量表得分有正向影响,级别越高,心理弹性得分越高。结论某驻训部队部分官兵身心健康状况不佳,不同职级心理调试水平与心理弹性、人格类型和自评症状的关系有明显差异,应提高驻训部队官兵的心理调试能力水平,特别要重视战士的心理调试能力状况,同时为建立有效的官兵心理调适能力失衡的应对方案提供科学依据。Objective To understand the current situation of psychological adjustment ability of officers and soldiers in a training unit,and to explore the relationship between psychological adjustment level of officers and soldiers at different ranks and mental resilience,personality type and self-evaluation symptoms,so as to provide scientific and effective basis for the establishment of coping plan of psychological adjustment ability imbalance of officers and soldiers.Methods The Psychological Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),Eysenck Personality Test EPQ-Personality Measurement Scale,SCL-90 self-rated symptom scale and self-made demographic information questionnaire were used to survey 2136 officers and soldiers of a certain training unit.Perform statistical analysis on data.Results From the point of view of the total scores,there are significant differences in the total scores of the psychological resilience scale between soldiers,non-commissioned officers and military officers(P<0.05);from the perspectives of various dimensions,in terms of personal ability,resistance to pressure,active acceptance,control,in religion and other aspects,there are significant differences between fighters,non-commissioned officers and military officers(P<0.05);from the results of multiple comparisons,there are significant differences in psychological resilience between fighters and military officers(P<0.05).Non-commissioned officers and military officers have significant differences in the dimensions of the psychological resilience scale(P<0.05);the total score of the SCL symptom self-rating scale contributes significantly to the score of the psychological resilience scale.It shows that the score of SCL symptom self-rating scale can predict psychological resilience.Different ranks contribute significantly to psychological resilience.It shows that the ranks of soldiers,non-commissioned officers and military officers have a positive effect on the scores of the psychological resilience scale.The higher the level,the higher the mental resilience score
