摘  要:介绍了以新能源为主体的新型电力系统发展情况,分析了新型电力系统构建过程中,我国传统电力调度模式在电能平衡上面临的挑战。从解决实际问题出发,阐述了调度机构改革传统电能平衡策略应对新形势的方法,包括进行实时弹性负荷预测,动态细分电网平衡控制区,升级自动电能控制及利用电力市场柔性参与电能平衡。该方法对新形势下调度机构运行、计划和自动化专业的改革发展具有参考意义。The development of new power system with new energy as the main body is introduced.In the process of constructing a new power system,the challenges faced by my country′s traditional power dispatching mode in terms of power balance are analyzed.Starting from solving practical problems,this paper expounds the methods for the dispatching organization to reform the traditional power balance strategy to cope with the new situation,including real-time elastic load forecasting,dynamically subdividing the power grid balance control area,upgrading the automatic power control and using the flexibility of the power market to participate in the power balance,which has reference significance for the reform and development of the operation,planning and automation specialty of the dispatching organization under the new situation.
