配电网继电保护与FTU终端定值整定原则探讨

摘　　要：规范化的配电网馈线自动化线路定值整定及定值管理工作,能提高10 kV馈线自动化线路的运行管理水平,缩短配电线路故障停电时间。针对某地区配电网保护现状、配电线路成套设备布点原则,分析了一例FTU终端定值整定存在的问题,对配电网继电保护与FTU终端定值的配合提出部分思考与总结,以期为配电网的定值整定工作提供参考。The standardized fixed value setting and fixed value management of distribution network feeder automation line can improve the operation and management level of 10 kV feeder automation line and reduce the power failure time of distribution line.According to the current situation of distribution network protection and the layout principle of complete sets of distribution line equipment in a certain area,an example of the problems existing in the setting of FTU terminals is analyzed,and some thoughts and summaries are put forward on the cooperation between the relay protection of the distribution network and the setting of the FTU terminals,in order to contribute to the setting work of the distribution network.
