摘  要:介绍了一起电容式电压互感器二次电压异常升高故障案例。通过外观检查、停电试验、油色谱分析等手段判断故障原因。解体检查后,发现电磁单元谐振电容器膨胀变形,电容器上端接线柱触碰到中间变压器调压板,与一次侧绕组发生短接,引起二次电压升高。最后提出通过监测电容式电压互感器二次电压、红外测温、观察油位等方式,及时发现电容式电压互感器内部缺陷,预防类似事故的发生。A fault case of secondary voltage abnormal increase of capacitive voltage transformer is introduced.Through appearance inspection visual inspection,power failure test and oil color spectrum analysis,the fault cause is analyzed by using the test data.After the disassembly inspection,it isfound that the resonant capacitor of the electromagnetic unit expanded and deformed,and the upper terminal post of the capacitor touches the middle transformer pressure regulating plate,which is short connected with the primary side winding,resulting in the two voltage rise.Finally,it is proposed to find the internal defects of capacitive voltage transformer in time and prevent similar accidents by monitoring the secondary voltage of capacitive voltage transformer,infrared temperature measurement and oil level observation.
