摘　　要：目的本研究旨在评价疏风解毒胶囊(ShuFeng Jiedu Capsule,SFJD)辅助治疗肺部感染相关疾病的有效性。方法通过检索中外文数据库中有关SFJD治疗肺部感染相关疾病的随机对照试验,检索时限从建库至2021年9月。采用RevMan.5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入33个研究,共2864例患者。SFJD辅助治疗肺部感染相关性疾病与常规组相比,前者可提高显效率和有效率,降低感染指标水平,改善肺功能,提高PO_(2)分压和降低PCO_(2)分压,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),所有研究均未报道严重不良反应。结论SFJD联合抗生素治疗肺部感染相关疾病的疗效优于单用抗生素治疗,但研究的方法学质量中等。Objective This study aims to explore the efficacy of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule(SFJD)in the treatment of lung infection-related diseases.Methods Chinese and foreign databases were searched by computer,and related randomized controlled trials(RCTS)of patients with lung infection-related diseases were integrated.The retrieval time was from inception to September 2020.We analyzed and studied the data by RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 2,864 cases in 33 articles were included.SFJD improved the very effective rate of clinical treatment and effective rate of clinical treatment,reduced the level of infection indicators,improved lung function and blood gas levels.The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and no serious adverse reactions were reported in all studies.Conclusion The curative effect of SFJD combined with western medicine in the treatment of lung infection-related diseases was better than that of single western medicine.Nevertheless,the methodological quality of the study was moderate.
