不同时间服用左旋甲状腺素对甲状腺功能减退症患者甲状腺激素和血脂的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨晨起空腹和睡前服用左旋甲状腺素(L-T_(4))对甲状腺功能减退症患者甲状腺激素水平和血脂的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年2月~2022年1月天津市东丽医院收治的45例原发性甲状腺功能减退症患者中选用L-T_(4)治疗甲状腺功能减退症患者的临床资料,并根据服用L-T_(4)的时间不同,将其分为晨起空腹服药组和睡前服药组。在使用稳定剂量服用左旋甲状腺素2个月后,比较两组患者甲状腺激素水平和血脂情况的差异性。结果在使用稳定剂量服用L-T_(4)的2个月后,两组患者的甲状腺激素水平和血脂情况的差异均无统计学意义。结论治疗甲状腺功能减退症时,选择晨起空腹和睡前服用L-T4对患者的甲状腺激素水平和血脂情况的影响差异无统计学意义,不便于晨起空腹服药者亦可选择睡前服药。Objective To compare the effect of levothyroxine tablet taken in the morning and bedtime on thyroid function status and lipid profile in patients with hypothyroidism.Methods The clinical data of 45 patients with hypothyroidism received levothyroxine tablet admitted from February 2017 to January 2022 in Tianjin Dongli Hospital were analyzed retrospectively.According to the time of taking L-T_(4),they were divided into two groups.One group was taken medicine on an empty stomach before breakfast and another one did this before going to bed.The thyroid hormone and lipid profile of two groups were measured 2 months later when they were using a stable dose of levothyroxine.Results The thyroid function status and lipid profile in patients of two groups had no obvious difference 2 months later when they were using a stable dose of levothyroxine.Conclusion For patients with hypothyroidism,the effect of levothyroxine tablet taken in the morning and bedtime on thyroid function status and lipid profile had no obvious difference.It is a good option in the morning when taking levothyroxine tablet is not convenient in the bedtime.
