摘 要:目的探讨血清锌指样转录因子2(KLF2)、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)水平与冠心病病情程度及慢血流的关系。方法选取2021年1月~2022年1月冠心病患者112例作为研究组,同时选取同期健康体检者80例作为对照组,均行血清KLF2、Lp-PLA2水平检测,以及冠脉造影检查计算冠脉血流校正的TIMI帧数(CTFC),根据冠脉病变程度分为轻危、中危及高危,分析血清KLF2、Lp-PLA2水平与冠心病病情程度及慢血流的关系。结果研究组血清KLF2水平低于对照组,Lp-PLA2水平高于对照组(P<0.05);随着冠脉病变程度加重,血清KLF2水平逐渐降低,血清Lp-PLA2水平、Syntax积分及CTFC逐渐升高(P<0.05);经Pearson分析可知,KLF2与Syntax积分及CTFC存在明显负相关关系,Lp-PLA2与Syntax积分及CTFC存在明显正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者血清KLF2含量较低、Lp-PLA2含量较高,与冠心病病情程度及慢血流具有一定相关性,对临床评估冠脉病变情况以及拟定指导治疗方案具有参考意义。Objective Analysis of the relationship between the levels of serum KLF2 and Lp-PLA2 and the severity of coronary heart disease and slow blood flow.Methods 112 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study group,at the same time,80 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group,the levels of serum KLF2 and Lp-PLA2 were detected,and coronary angiography to calculate the TIMI frame number(CTFC)of coronary flow correction.According to the degree of coronary artery disease,it is divided into mild risk,medium risk and high risk.The relationship between the levels of serum KLF2 and Lp-PLA2 and the severity of coronary heart disease and slow blood flow was analyzed.Results The level of serum KLF2 in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of Lp-PLA2 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);With the aggravation of coronary artery disease,the level of serum KLF2 decreased gradually,and the level of serum Lp-PLA2,syntax score and CTFC increased gradually(P<0.05);Pearson analysis showed that KLF2 had a significant negative correlation with syntax score and CTFC,and Lp-PLA2 had a significant positive correlation with syntax score and CTFC(P<0.05).Conclusion The content of serum KLF2 was lower and the content of Lp-PLA2 was higher in patients with coronary heart disease,it has a certain correlation with the severity of coronary heart disease and slow blood flow.It has reference significance for clinical evaluation of coronary artery disease and formulation of guiding treatment plan.
