强化饮食结构护理对肺结核巩固治疗期患者营养状况评分、自我护理能力及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨肺结核巩固治疗期患者给予强化饮食结构护理干预对营养状况评分、自我护理能力及护理满意度的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月河南省胸科医院收治的108例肺结核巩固治疗期患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成干预组(54例)和对照组(54例),对照组给予常规护理干预,干预组给予强化饮食结构护理干预,比较两组患者营养状况评分、自我护理能力及护理满意度。结果两组干预后整体营养状况评估表(PGSGA)评分明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组评分较对照组明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预后自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组评分较对照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预后纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表(NSNS)评分明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组评分较对照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺结核巩固治疗期患者给予强化饮食结构护理干预,能够改善患者营养状况评分,提高自我护理能力及护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of intensified diet nursing intervention on nutritional status score,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis during consolidation treatment.Methods A total of 108 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were admitted to Henan Chest Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into intervention group(54 cases)and control group(54 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the intervention group was given intensified diet structure nursing intervention.The nutritional status score,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of PGSGA in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After the intervention,the score of self-care ability scale(ESCA)in the two groups was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the score of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After the intervention,the score of Newcastle nursing satisfaction scale(NSNS)was significantly improved in the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the score of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention of intensified diet structure can improve the score of patients'nutritional status,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis during consolidation treatment.
