摘 要:目的探讨在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)术后化疗中采用全程营养护理对其营养指标、免疫功能和不良反应的临床影响。方法选取2021年1月至2021年12月在河南省肿瘤医院进行术后化疗的NSCLC患者中,抽取46例进行回顾性研究,根据不同的护理方法进行分组,对照组采用常规护理干预(N=23),观察组则在对照组的基础上进行全程营养护理(N=23),比较两组护理前后的营养指标、免疫功能和不良反应发生率。结果护理后,与对照组相比,观察组的血清蛋白(ALB)和血清前清蛋白(PA)水平均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,与对照组相比,观察组的T细胞亚群CD3+和CD4+水平均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组的不良反应发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在NSCLC术后化疗中实行全程营养护理,有利于提高营养水平,加强免疫功能,减少不良反应的发生,临床可进一步应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of whole course nutritional nursing on nutritional indicators,immune function and adverse reactions in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 46 patients with NSCLC who underwent postoperative chemotherapy in Henan Cancer Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021.and were grouped according to different nursing methods.The control group were divided into two groups:the control group received routine nursing intervention(N=23),and the observation group received full nutritional nursing on the basis of the control group(N=23).The nutritional indexes,immune function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results After nursing,compared with the control group,the levels of serum protein(ALB)and serum prealbumin(PA)in the observation group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,compared with the control group,the levels of CD3+and CD4+of T cell subsets in the observation group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of whole nutritional nursing in postoperative chemotherapy of NSCLC is beneficial to improve the nutritional level,strengthen the immune function,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and can be further applied in clinical practice.
