共情护理联合心理护理二联法在复发性尖锐湿疣患者中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究共情护理联合心理护理二联法在复发性尖锐湿疣患者中的应用价值。方法从2021年6月至2022年6月郑州市第九人民医院收治的复发性尖锐湿疣患者中选取95例作为研究对象,按照患者及家属意愿分为常规组(47例)和联合组(48例),其中常规组接受常规护理,联合组行共情护理联合心理护理二联法。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分评估护理前后两组患者心理状态变化;统计、比较两组治疗依从性;采用生活质量评价量表(SF-36)评分评估护理前后两组生活质量改善情况。结果护理后,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均较护理前显著降低,联合组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组依从率为97.92%,高于常规组85.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者SF-36各维度评分均较护理前显著升高,联合组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论共情护理联合心理护理二联法可显著改善复发性尖锐湿疣患者的心理状态,增强治疗依从性,进而提高生活质量,优势显著,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the application value of the dual method of empathy nursing and psychological nursing in patients with recurrent condyloma acuminatum.Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,95 patients with recurrent condyloma acuminatum admitted to the Ninth People's Hospital of Zhengzhou City were selected as the research objects.According to the wishes of patients and their families,they were divided into the conventional group(47 cases)and the combined group(48 cases).The conventional group received conventional nursing,and the combined group received the dual method of empathy nursing and psychological nursing.The changes of psychological state of the patients in the two groups before and after nursing were evaluated with SAS and SDS,the treatment compliance of the two groups was statistically analyzed and compared,the improvement of the quality of life of the two groups before and after nursing was evaluated by using the quality of life evaluation scale(SF-36).Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing,and the scores of the combined group were lower than those of the conventional group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The compliance rate of the combined group(97.92%)was higher than that of the conventional group(85.11%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);After nursing,the SF-36 scores of the two groups were significantly higher than before,and the combined group was higher than the conventional group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The dual method of empathy nursing combined with psychological nursing can significantly improve the psychological status of patients with recurrent condyloma acuminatum,enhance treatment compliance,and then improve the quality of life.It has significant advantages and is worthy of clinical application.
