互联网信息化平台在难愈合创面居家护理服务中的实践

摘　　要：目的探讨互联网信息化平台在难愈合创面居家护理服务中的效果。方法选取本院2017年10月至2021年10月收治的96例难愈合创面患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上实施互联网信息化平台的协同护理模式。比较两组干预前后疼痛评分、伤口愈合时间、创面知识了解程度和创面自护能力及生活质量。结果干预后两组疼痛评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组大创面、中创面、小创面愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组创面知识了解评分、自护能力评分、生活质量评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论互联网信息化平台应用于难愈合创面居家护理服务中,可有效减轻患者疼痛水平,缩短伤口愈合时间,提高患者自护能力和生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of Internet information platform in the home nursing service of difficult healing wounds.Methods A total of 96 patients with difficult healing wounds admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table,with 48 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented the collaborative nursing mode of Internet information platform on the basis of control group.The pain score,wound healing time,wound knowledge,wound self-care ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the pain scores of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The healing time of the large,medium and small wounds in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of wound knowledge understanding,self-care ability and quality of life in the two groups increased,and scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the Internet information platform in the home care service of difficult healing wounds can effectively reduce the pain level of patients,shorten the wound healing time,and improve self-care ability and quality of life.
