摘  要:为了探究高浓度下布洛芬对水生生物的宏观毒性效应,本文选择中国本土鱼类稀有鮈鲫(Gobiocypris rarus)为受试生物,研究了高浓度下布洛芬对稀有鮈鲫胚胎的96 h急性毒性效应和早期生命阶段的21 d慢性毒性效应,以评估布洛芬对稀有鮈鲫的毒性大小和对作用机制的认识。结果表明:急性实验中,布洛芬对稀有鮈鲫胚胎孵化率的毒性效应值(LC_(50))为112.7 mg/L,基于死亡率96 h的半数致死浓度(LC_(50))为77.73 mg/L,基于畸形率和异常率的半数抑制浓度(EC_(50))分别为77.73和66.7 mg/L;慢性实验的无可见效应浓度(NOEC)和最低可见效应浓度(LOEC)分别为5和8 mg/L。各浓度组对稀有鮈鲫的全长和体重均无显著影响,LOEC均大于52.43 mg/L。急慢性毒性效应浓度均为mg/L级别,远高于环境检测浓度;根据急性毒性结果,初步确定布洛芬为低毒类化学品。稀有鮈鲫对布洛芬的敏感性表明,该生物可以作为模式生物进行早期生命阶段毒性效应研究,研究结果能够为布洛芬水质基准制定和生态风险评估提供科学支撑。In order to explore the macro-toxic effects of ibuprofen on aquatic organisms at high concentration,in this study,we selected the Chinese native fish G.rarus as the test organism,and studied the 96 h acute toxicity effect of ibuprofen on the G.rarus embryo at high concentrations and the 21 d chronic toxicity effect in the early life stage.To evaluate the toxic effect of ibuprofen on G.rarus and the understanding of the mechanism of action.The results showed that in the acute test,the on the embryo hatching rate 96 h toxic effect value( LC_(50)) was 112.7 mg/L,mortality rate 96 h median lethal concentration(LC_(50)) was 77.73 mg/L,the half inhibitory concentration(EC_(50)) of ibuprofen on the deformity rate and abnormal rate were 77.73 mg/L and 66.70 mg/L;In the chronic test,the NOEC and LOEC were 5 and 8 mg/L.There was no significant effect on the total length and body weight of G.rarus in each concentration group,and the LOEC were all greater than 52.43 mg/L.The concentration of acute and chronic toxic effects is mg/L,which is much higher than the concentration tested in the environment;according to the results of acute toxicity,ibuprofen is preliminarily determined to be a low-toxic chemical.The sensitivity of G.rarus to ibuprofen indicates that this organism can be used as a model organism to study the toxic effects in the early life stage.The results can provide scientific support for the formulation of ibuprofen water quality benchmark and ecological risk assessment.
