摘 要:为了解渤海海洋线虫体型及生物量谱特征,本研究对2014年11月采自渤海中部13个站位的海洋线虫标本进行了个体体长、体宽的实际测量,基于这些测量数据,构建线虫群落生物量谱。研究结果显示,渤海海洋线虫平均体长为(531.7±273.4)μm,平均体宽为(15.2±8.2)μm,平均体长-体宽比值L/W为37.4±14.3,以纤细型线虫为主。近黄河口及莱州湾口站位的海洋线虫比其他站位线虫体长、体宽值更大,L/W值较低,“长而粗”线虫比例更高。渤海线虫生物量谱多为单峰型,波峰值出现在-4~-2粒级,在近黄河口及莱州湾口站位波峰出现于-2粒级,其他站位波峰则多位于更小的-4或-3粒级。粉砂黏土含量、底层水温度和底层水盐度等非生物因素对渤海线虫体型的影响突出。基于线虫体长、体宽的分析方法在检测群落变化方面具有敏感性,可以为了解海洋线虫群落对环境变化的响应提供有价值的信息。In order to understand the Morphometric features and biomass size spectra of free iving marine nematodes in the Bohai Sea,the present study investigated the individual body length and width of free living marine nematodes collected from 13 stations in the central part of the Bohai Sea in November 2014.Based on these morphometric data,the nematodes biomass size spectra were constructed.According to the results of this study,the average individual body length was 531.7±273.4 μm,the average individual body width was 15.2±8.2 μm,the average length-width(L/W) ratio was 37.4±14.3,and the nematode community was dominated by slender nematodes.The present results showed that nematodes from stations near the Huanghe River and Laizhou Bay appeared with higher values of body length and width,lower L/W ratio,higher proportion of shape group ’long and thick’ than other stations.Nematodes biomass size spectra of most study stations were unimodal with a biomass peak at body size class-4 ~-2.The peak biomass was observed at body size class-2 in the area near the Huanghe River and Laizhou Bay,while a shift in peak biomass values towards lower size classes(-4 or-3) was observed at other stations.The body shape features of nematode were strongly influenced by abiotic factors such as sediment silt and clay content,bottom water temperature and salinity.Size-based approach proved to be sensitive in detecting changes in the community,and can provide valuable information about the response of marine nematodes community to environmental changes.
