摘　　要：文章结合笔者在广西柳州市三江侗族自治县某村开展的留守儿童家庭家教家风建设及心理辅导实际工作经验,分析新时代家庭家教家风建设存在的问题,以及党和各级政府、社会组织对农村留守儿童家庭家教家风建设及其心理与人格健康教育的相关举措,基于新技术运用对新时代家庭家教家风建设进行相关探索。Based on the author’s practical work experience in the construction of family values and psychological counseling for left-behind children in a village in Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County, Liuzhou City, Guangxi,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the family values and family education in the new era, as well as the problems of the party, governments at all levels, society organize the relevant measures for the construction of family values and family education for rural left-behind children and their psychological and personality health education, and conduct related explorations on the construction of family values and family education in the new era based on the new technology.
