摘 要:采用板栗壳色素对牛奶纤维和棉纤维进行染色,比较在设定的氯化钠浓度、板栗壳色素提取染液浓度、染色时间和温度等条件下两种纤维的染色结果。对棉纤维进行改性处理,使两种纤维色差较小,获得良好的同色性,并测试了相关牢度。结果表明:牛奶纤维和改性棉纤维(浴比1∶50,壳聚糖质量浓度2.0 g/L,乙酸质量分数5%,改性时间40 min,温度80℃)在染液浴比1∶50、氯化钠质量浓度40 g/L、染色温度80℃、染色时间60 min时同色性较好,两种纤维的色差达到2且色牢度均优良。Milk fibers and cotton fibers are dyed with chestnut shell pigment, the results of the two fibers are compared in the setting of sodium chloride and chestnut shell pigment extraction and concentration of dyeing liquid, dyeing time and temperature conditions. Through the modification of cotton fibers, the difference of two fiber colors became small, resulting in good color, and the related fastness was tested. The results showed that for milk fiber and modified cotton fibers(bath ratio is of 1∶50, chitosan is 2.0 g/L, acetic acid is 5%, modification time and temperature are 40 min and 80 ℃ respectively),the optimum conditions for homochromism should be that the bath ratio was 1∶50, the sodium chloride dosage was 40 g/L, dyeing temperature was 80 ℃, and dyeing time was 60 min. The color difference value of the two fibers reached 2 and each color fastness was excellent.
