摘 要:科技与金融是经济发展两大引擎,促进科技与金融结合可以更有力促进科技创新发展。运用AHP-DEA法对2007—2018年杭州市科技金融绩效进行分析。结果表明,杭州市科技金融结合效率呈“U”型,规模效率较低,科技金融绩效逐年上升,2012—2013年变化不大,主要因为科技金融投入产出多个要素增长放缓或下降,且效率较低。杭州市需逐步优化科技金融投入结构,合理配置资源并提高使用效率,以提升科技金融绩效。Science-technology and finance are the two engines of economic development.Promoting the combination of science-technology and finance,and promoting the development of Sci-Tech innovation.Using AHP-DEA method,the performance of Sci-Tech finance in Hangzhou from 2007 to 2018 is analyzed.The results show that the efficiency of Sci-Tech finance in Hangzhou is U-shaped and the efficiency of scale is low,the performance of Sci-Tech finance increased year by year,with little chang form 2012 to 2013,and it mainly because the growth of the factors of Sci-Tech finance input-output slows down or drops,and the efficiency is low.In order to improve the performance of Sci-Tech finance,Hangzhou should optimize the structure of Sci-Tech financial investment,allocate resources rationally and improve the efficiency of use.
