摘　　要：一种带气冷的测距传感器防护罩安装在全自动式浇注机上的出铁口附近,用于保护浇注用测距传感器过热而影响其测量精度、稳定性,甚至使用寿命。测距传感器是全自动浇注机实现自动控制的关键一环,所以其防护设计是整机设计的一个重要环节。此次介绍一种带气冷的测距传感器防护罩,具有结构灵巧紧凑、安装调整便捷、可靠性高、有效维持全自动浇注机的自动控制等优点。A distance measuring sensor shield with air cooling is installed near the tap hole on the automatic pouring machine to protect the pouring distance measuring sensor from overheating and affecting its measurement accuracy, stability, and even service life. The sensor is a key part of the automatic control of the automatic pouring machine, so its protection design is an important part of the whole machine design. This distance measuring sensor shield with air cooling has the advantages of compact structure, convenient installation & adjustment, high reliability, and effectively maintaining the automatic control of the automatic pouring machine.
