摘　　要：主要对大直径半圆形薄壁铸件铸造工艺设计、焊接防变形方案以及热处理装炉等三个方面开展研究。利用激光测量仪对处于不同工序的铸件形线变化进行测量分析,发现此类铸件的变形趋势。通过对铸造工艺反变形设计、焊接防变形以及铸件热处理装炉的研究,提出防止此类铸件变形的方法,并对工艺进行固化,从而提高了此类铸件的出品率,大大节约了成本。The research of casting process design, welding anti-deformation scheme and heat treatment furnace installation have been carried out to the large-diameter semi-circular thin-walled castings. The laser measuring instrument is used to measure and analyze the shape changes of castings in different processes and the deformation trend of such castings is found. Through the research on the anti-deformation design of the casting process, the anti-deformation of welding and the heat treatment furnace installation of castings, the methods to prevent such castings from deformation have been proposed and the process has been solidified. Thereby, the production rate of such castings has been improved which greatly saves the cost.
