摘 要:针对支承台零部件的使用要求、结构特征、制造批量、厂家现有的专用设备开展了砂型铸造工艺技术分析,制定了铸造方案、造芯方式、凝固原则及浇注部位、分型面、铸件数量、砂芯量等,完成了砂芯、浇注系统、各工装装置的方案设计工作,并完成了铸件质量分析。This process design is mainly to analyze the process of the parts of the support table. According to the use requirements of the parts, structural characteristics, manufacturing batches, and the existing special equipment of the manufacturer, the sand casting process technology analysis has been carried out. The casting plan, core making method, solidification principle & pouring position, parting surface, number of castings and sand core volume have been formulated. The design of sand core, pouring system and various tooling devices has been completed, as well as the quality analysis of castings.
