摘  要:针对司家营铁矿钢球消耗偏高的现状,通过对影响钢球消耗的因素进行科学分析,提出降低钢球消耗的措施。研究认为,磨矿钢球的消耗与矿石的可磨性、硬度、入磨粒度、矿物嵌布粒度、钢球材质补加方式、管理制度等密切相关。通过增加湿式预选作业、采用高铬合金铸球、改进钢球补加制度、降低磨矿给矿超大粒级(+12 mm)含量等措施,钢球年单耗由1.756 kg/t降低到1.077 kg/t,下降了0.679 kg/t原矿,对节能降耗、提高磨矿效率及企业经济效益具有重要的现实意义。In view of the high consumption of steel balls in sijiaying iron mine,through scientific analysis of the factors affecting the consumption of steel balls,measures to reduce the consumption of steel balls are proposed.The research shows that the consumption of steel ball is closely related to the grindability,hardness,particle size,mineral size,steel ball material adding method and management system.The annual consumption of steel balls was reduced from 1.756 kg/t to 1.077 kg/t and raw ore is decreased by 0.679 kg/t,through increasing the wet pre-concentration operation,adopting high chromium alloy cast balls,improving the feeding system of steel balls and reducing the content of super-large grain(+12 mm)in grinding and ore feeding,which is of great practical significance for energy saving,grinding efficiency improvement and enterprise economic benefit.
