摘  要:本文对本钢北营新1号高炉更换9段铜冷却壁的停、开炉操作进行了总结。操作实践表明,通过合理匹配减风节奏与打水量,合理控制炉顶温度与煤气成分,并使用通氮气雾化打水枪用以改善雾化效果,能够实现安全、快速、环保降料线至预定位置;采用炉内加装气泵可实现在线监测煤气成分,确保停炉后煤气安全,为施工创造条件;精准的休复风负荷料计算,可保证炉缸温度充沛;采用空喷铁口的方法,为顺利出第一炉铁打下基础;平衡好风量与开风口的关系,及时增加风量及开风口,同时增加负荷快速降硅,可实现高炉快速达产达效。This paper summarizes the blow down and blow on operation of the replacement of copper cooling stave section nine in No.1 blast furnace of Benxi Steel Group Beiying Company.The operation practice shows that the temperature of furnace top and the composition of gas can be reasonably controlled by matching the rhythm of reducing wind and the amount of water drawing,and the atomizing water gun with nitrogen gas can be used to improve the atomization effect,the gas composition can be monitored on-line by adding gas pump in the furnace to ensure the safety of gas after shutdown and create conditions for construction.Accurate rewind load calculation can ensure that the hearth temperature is sufficient.The method of air spray nozzle is adopted to lay a foundation for the smooth production of the first furnace iron.Balancing the relation between air flow and air opening,increasing air flow and air opening in time,and increasing the load to reduce silicon quickly can realize the blast furnace quick production and efficiency.
