摘 要:喷水装置按照发动机吞水试验要求,提供所需时长及流量的水。不同发动机状态的供水量需求差异较大,需对喷水装置调控特性进行重点研究。开展阀门特性试验,阀门开度在20%~100%范围变化时,供水流量有较大变化的同时供水压力也有很大变化,从而不利于水滴粒径的有效控制。通过不同喷嘴数量条件下的调试试验,对管网调控特性进行分析,对于回水阀开度大于55%时的某一特定开度,随着喷嘴数量的增大,供水压力基本不变,而喷水流量随之增大;对于回水阀开度小于55%的某一特定开度,随着喷嘴数量的增多,供水压力有所减小,而喷水流量随之增大。因此采用阀门调节与喷嘴数量调整结合的调节方式,可将不同工况的供水压力控制在400 kPa以上,试验过程中的影像记录及水滴粒径测量结果表明,可将水滴粒径有效控制在2 mm以下,满足相关标准要求。The water spraying device shall provide the required time and flow of water according to the requirements of the water swallowing test of the engine. The demand for water supply under different conditions varies greatly, so the regulation characteristics of sprinkler need to be studied. Through the valve characteristics test, when the valve opening in 20%~100% range changes, the water supply flow has a large change. At the same time, the water supply pressure also varies greatly, which in not conducive to the effective control of droplet size. Though commissioning tests under different nozzle numbers, the pipe network regulation characteristics were analyzed. When the opening of the return valve is greater than 55%, with the increase of the number of nozzles, the water supply pressure is basically unchanged and the water flow rate increases. For a certain opening of the return valve less than 55%, with the increase of the number of nozzles, the water pressure decrease, and the water flow increases. Therefore, the valve adjustment and the number of nozzle adjustment combined adjustment method can control the water supply pressure in 400 kPa above. The results of image recording an droplet diameter measurement show that droplet size can be effectively controlled below 2 mm to meet the requirements of relevant standards.
