摘　　要：目的:通过精益科室创建,将精益与战略结合,构建医院“精益科室”模型,为临床业务科室实施精益管理提供一个结构化的推进路径和创建标准,促进医院高质量发展。方法:采用平衡计分卡原理、行动研究方法,设计医院精益科室创建指南、路径和开展方法,并选择科室进行试点。数据收集采用参与性观察、对话、会议等,数据分析采用逻辑性分析、SWOT分析、问题分析等。结果:构建精益科室创建模型,并成功应用于临床实践,在学科发展、质量与安全、环境与服务、团队与文化塑造等方便有大幅度提升。结论:“精益科室”模型适用于临床业务科室管理,促进科室战略实现,运营绩效提升和科室文化变革。Objective:Through the construction of lean departments,lean and strategy are combined to build the hospital "lean department" model,so as to provide a structured promotion path and creation standard for the implementation of lean management in clinical business departments,and promote high-quality development of the hospital.Methods:Using the principle of Balanced Scorecard and action research method,design the guidelines,paths and development methods of lean departments in the hospital,and select departments for pilot.Participatory observation,dialogue and meetings are used for data collection,and logical analysis,SWOT analysis and problem analysis are used for data analysis.Results:Build a lean Department creation model and successfully apply it to clinical practice,which has greatly improved the convenience of discipline development,quality and safety,environment and service,team and culture shaping.Conclusion:The "lean department" model is applicable to the management of clinical business departments,promoting the realization of department strategy,the improvement of operation performance and the change of department culture.
