摘　　要：目的:分析公立医院医生参与网络健康科普直播的意愿及其影响因素,探讨充分利用医生认知盈余促进网络健康科普直播优化发展的路径。方法:采取便利抽样法,自制网络问卷于2022年3月15~31日对医生进行调查。结果:接受调查的828名公立医院医生普遍愿意参与网络健康科普直播;不同职称的医生对直播平台、直播形式、直播内容的参与意愿具有统计学差异。结论:公立医院应当充分分析医生网络健康科普直播意愿,通过制度建设、能力建设、内容建设、平台建设推动其优化发展,助力健康促进与健康教育事业。Objective:To analyze the willingness of doctors in public hospitals to participate in online health science webcasting and its influencing factors,and to explore the path of making full use of doctors’ cognitive surplus to promote the optimal development of online health science webcasting.Methods:Convenience sampling method and self-made online questionnaire were used to investigate doctors from March 15 to March 31,2022.Results:828 doctors in public hospitals were generally willing to participate in the webcast of online health science popularization;There were significant differences in the willingness of doctors with different professional titles to participate in the webcast platform,webcast form and webcast content.Conclusion:Public hospitals should fully analyze the willingness of doctors to webcast health science popularization,promote their optimal development through system construction,capacity construction,content construction and platform construction,and help the cause of health promotion and health education.
