摘　　要：在坚定文化自信和推进健康中国建设的背景下,文化建设是公立医院发展的强大支撑,也是核心竞争力的具体体现。新时期,公立医院党建工作面临着机遇和挑战,如何以党建引领医院文化建设,值得探索。文章结合医院实际,介绍了中国医学科学院肿瘤医院在党建引领精神文化、制度文化、行为文化、伦理文化、物质文化、服务文化建设方面的具体举措和实践经验,以及所取得的成效和体会,为公立医院文化建设提供参考。In the background of strengthening cultural self-confidence and promoting the construction of Healthy China,cultural construction is strong support for the development of public hospitals and a concrete manifestation of core competitiveness.In the new era,the party building work of public hospitals faces both opportunities and challenges.It is worth exploring how to lead the hospital culture construction with party building.In this study,based on the actual situation of the hospital,the author introduced the specific measures and practical experience of large-scale public hospitals in the construction of six system cultures,namely spiritual culture,institutional culture,behavioural culture,ethical culture,material culture,and service culture,then summed up the achievements and experience,in order to provide reference value for public hospitals.
