摘 要:以甲基丙烯酸十六烷基酯、丙烯酸丁酯和苯乙烯为共聚单体,采用悬浮聚合法合成了三元丙烯酸酯类交联型高吸油树脂,对高吸油树脂进行了分子结构及微观形貌表征,并研究了树脂在柴油、汽油、航空煤油等常用燃油中的吸附倍率(3 min吸附)和饱和吸附倍率。结果表明:所制高吸油树脂颗粒均为规则的球形;对柴油、汽油、航空煤油的吸附倍率分别达5.35,7.28,6.69 g/g;饱和吸附倍率分别为15.41,12.97,13.04 g/g;高吸油树脂去除水面柴油的效果高达99.8%,具有优异的吸燃油性能。A ternary acrylate cross-linking high fuel adsorption resin was prepared via suspension polymerization using hexadecyl methacrylate,butyl acrylate and styrene as monomers,whose molecular structure and microscopic morphology was characterized.The adsorption rate(in 3 min adsorption)and saturated adsorption rate of the resin to various fuels were investigated.The results show that the particles of the high adsorption resin prepared is regular sphere,whose adsorption rates to diesel,gasoline,kerosene are 5.35,7.28,6.69 g/g and whose saturated fuel adsorption rates are 15.41,12.97,13.04 g/g,respectively.The treatment effect of high fuel adsorption acrylic resin to diesel on water surface can reach 99.8%.The adsorption resin exhibits excellently in fuel adsorption.
