摘　　要：介绍了乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA树脂)的主要性能、应用领域以及主要生产工艺。分析了2015—2020年我国EVA树脂的产能、产量、进出口量以及消费量情况,总结梳理了“十四五”期间我国EVA树脂新增产能情况,同时预测了市场供需情况。预计到2025年,我国EVA树脂产能将达到4300 kt,产量约为2200 kt,消费量2840 kt。针对我国EVA树脂产业面临的低端产品过剩、产品同质化严重、高端产品依赖进口等主要问题,从新增产能、产品研发、生产技术、产业布局四方面提出相关发展建议。This article introduces the main properties and application fields of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)resin,as well as the main production processes.The production capacity,output,import and export and consumption of EVA resin in China from 2015 to 2020 are analyzed.The new capacity of EVA resin in China during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period is summarized,and market supply and demand are predicted.It is estimated that by 2025 China’s EVA resin capacity will reach 4300 kt/a,with an output of about 2200 kt and a consumption of 2840 kt.China’s EVA resin industry has faced issues,such as oversupply of low-end products,product homogeneity,and dependence on imports of high-end products.In view of the main problems above,relevant development proposals are put forward from new capacity,product research and development,production technology,and industrial layout.
