摘 要:通过选取多粘类芽孢杆菌LRS-1作为生防材料,应用温室盆栽试验,检测疫霉菌胁迫下辣椒根系分泌物成分与类型,目的在于探明“生防菌—疫霉菌—辣椒根系”的互作机理。结果表明,与阴性对照相比,疫霉菌胁迫下辣椒根系分泌物中有机酸、蛋白质与可溶性糖的含量均显著增加;疫霉菌胁迫下接种多粘类芽孢杆菌LRS-1处理的有机酸与可溶性糖含量比胁迫处理显著降低,蛋白质含量明显提高。GC-MS鉴定出辣椒根系分泌物主要为酯类、酸类、胺类、醇类、酮类和烃类化合物,且以结构相对复杂的酯类、酸类和胺类化合物较多,以直链或支链烷烃为主的烃类和醇类化合物较少;疫霉菌胁迫下辣椒根系分泌物化合物种类明显增加,且检测到诸如棕榈酸甲酯等特异性化合物成分,而接种多粘类芽孢杆菌LRS-1则利于疫霉菌胁迫下辣椒根系化合物种类及含量与阴性对照趋向一致;3-苯基-2-丙烯酸甲酯等化合物在接种了LRS-1处理的辣椒根系分泌物中相对含量最高。结果证实接种多粘类芽孢杆菌LRS-1能明显缓解疫霉病对辣椒根系化感的胁迫。In order to explore the interaction mechanism of‘biocontrol bacteria-Phytophthora-pepper root system’,this study took Paenibacillus polymyxa LRS-1 as biocontrol material;applied pot experiment in greenhouse;detected the composition and types of pepper root exudate under Phytophthora stress.The result showed that compared with the negative contrast,the contents of organic acid,protein and soluble sugar in pepper root exudate under Phytophthora stress were significantly increased,and the contents of organic acid and soluble sugar under Phytophthora stress and inoculated with Paenibacillus polymyxa LRS-1 were significantly decreased,while the protein content was significantly increased.The main components of pepper root exudate were esters,acids,amines,alcohols,ketones and hydrocarbon compound identified by GC-MS.There were more esters,acids and amines with relatively complicated structure,and less hydrocarbon and alcohol compound dominated by straight-chain or branched-chain alkanes.Under Phytophthora stress,the compound kinds in pepper root exudate increased significantly,and specific compound elements including methyl palmitate,etc.were detected.While,under Phytophthora stress,the compound kinds and contents in pepper root exudate inoculated with Paenibacillus polymyxis LRS-1 tended to be the same as the negative contrast.In addition,the relative contents of 3-phenyl-2-methyl acrylate,etc.in root exudate of pepper inoculated with LRS-1 was the highest,verifying that inoculation of Paenibacillus polymyxis LRS-1 could obviously alleviate the stress from Phytophthora infestation on pepper roots allelopathic.
