主副箱互锁和取力器保护结构设计与分析

摘  要:车辆在行驶过程中,要求副箱在换挡的过程中,主箱不可以换挡;车辆在停车取力工况时,又要求主箱可以换挡。为此,本文提出了主副箱互锁和取力器保护结构,对比分析了加装主副箱互锁和取力器保护结构前后对变速器换挡性能的影响。最后对该结构的问题进行了分析,并提出了改进措施。结果表明:该结构满足要求,可以实现对副箱同步器的保护,并通过试验验证了该结构功能正常。During the driving process of the vehicle, it is required that the main box can not shift during the shift of the auxiliary box.When the vehicle stops for power take-off, it is required that the main box can shift gears. The main and auxiliary boxes interlock and the power take-off protection structure were proposed, and the influence of adding the main and auxiliary boxes interlock and power take-off protection structure on the shift performance of the transmission was compared and analyzed. Finally, the problems of the structure were analyzed,and the improvement measures were put forward. The results show that the structure meets the requirements and can realize the protection of the auxiliary box synchronizer, and the normal function of the structure is verified by experiments.
