摘  要:针对市场客户抱怨度较高的汽车蓄电池亏电问题,从研发标定策略、生产制造阶段和售后阶段等汽车全制造流程进行原因分析,并提供具体可行的解决方案,实现了整车蓄电池电量的有效管控。最后经过市场销售车辆近一年的百万产品的不良率统计,解决方案改善效果明显,有效提升了产品质量,降低了客户抱怨度,并可以给行业因蓄电池原因解决售后质量问题提供了一定的参考。In view of the customers complain about vehicle battery power loss problem, the cause of the whole manufacturing process of the vehicle was analyzed. The cause included research and development calibration strategy, production and manufacturing stage, after-sale stage, et al. The concrete and feasible solutions were provided to achieve effective control of vehicle battery power. Finally, according to the statistics of the defect rate of millions of products sold in the market for nearly a year, the improvement effect of the solution is obvious, which effectively improves the product quality, reduces customer complaints, and provides a certain reference for the industry to solve after-sales quality problems due to battery reasons.
