摘 要:马齿苋在中国大地上曾长期被人们利用,遗存目前最早可以追溯到距今八千多年的淮河中下游地区,时代属新石器时代早期。此后历经新石器时代中晚期、青铜时代,马齿苋遗存一直动态发展式地向四周传播。出土数量和频次的增多,代表着它在人类生产生活中逐渐受到重视。汉代及以后,相关的考古材料极少,书籍著录成为了解马齿苋利用情况的主要渠道。本文通过搜集和整理这些考古与文献材料,以尽可能比较完整地考述中国先民利用马齿苋的历史,继而深入挖掘其具有的药用和食用等多方面价值,为当代医药诊治、储粮备荒和农村经济发展提供有益参考。Purslane has long been used in China,and the remains can be traced back to the middle and lower reaches of the Huai River more than 8,000years ago,which belongs to the early Neolithic period.Since then,through the middle and late Neolithic and Bronze Ages,the remains of purslane have been spreading in a dynamic developmental manner.The increase in the number and frequency of excavations represents that it has gradually received attention in human production and life.In the Han Dynasty and beyond,there was very little relevant archaeological material,and book bibliographies became the main channel for understanding the utilization of purslane.Through the collection and collation of these archaeological and documentary materials,this paper examines the history of the use of purslane by The Chinese ancestors as completely as possible,and then digs deep into its medicinal and edible value,providing a useful reference for contemporary medical diagnosis and treatment,grain storage and preparation,and rural economic development.
