摘 要:为考察烟炱对二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼(MoDTC)与二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)抗磨性能的影响,将烟炱加入不同油样中进行四球机摩擦试验。结果表明:烟炱在部分合成柴油机油基础油中,MoDTC和ZDDP的质量分数分别为0.3%和0.9%时,油样的磨斑直径约为0.59 mm和0.49 mm;与基础油相比,含ZDDP油样的磨斑直径降低约17.86%,而含MoDTC的无明显变化;烟炱的存在会降低MoDTC和ZDDP的抗磨性能,主要由于烟炱会刮伤摩擦副表面的保护膜,使磨损加剧,而两剂复配后具有协同增效的作用,油样的抗磨性能提高,磨斑直径约为0.46 mm,与单剂油样相比,分别降低约22.09%和6.10%;通过对磨斑表面元素分析可知,复配后抗磨性能的提高归因于钼与硫、磷元素产生协同作用,生成化学反应膜,吸附在摩擦副表面,从而表现出更优异的抗磨性能。In order to investigate the influence of soot on the anti⁃wear property of molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate(MoDTC)and zinc di⁃alkyldithiophosphate(ZDDP),the soot was added into different oil samples and then a four⁃ball machine friction experiment was carried out on the samples.Results showed that when the mass fractions of MoDTC and ZDDP were 0.3%and 0.9%respectively in the partially synthetic diesel engine oil base oil added with soot,the wear scar diameters of the oil samples were about 0.59 mm and 0.49 mm.Compared with the base oil,the wear scar diameter of the oil samples containing ZDDP decreased by about 17.86%,while that of the oil samples containing MoDTC had no significant change.The existence of soot reduced the anti⁃wear property of MoDTC and ZDDP,and the main reason was that the soot scratched the protective film on the surface of the friction pair and so aggravated the wear.However,the combination of MoDTC and ZDDP led to a synergistic effect,and the anti⁃wear property of oil sample was improved.The corresponding wear scar diameter was about 0.46 mm,which was reduced by about 22.09%and 6.10%respectively compared with the single⁃agent oil samples.Through the analysis of the elements on the surface of the wear scar,it was found that the improvement of the anti⁃wear property after compounding was attributed to the synergistic effect between molybdenum element and sulfur and phosphorus elements,which resulted in a chemical reaction film formed and adsorbed on the surface of the friction pair,and thus leading to a more excellent anti⁃wear property.
