摘 要:[目的]为分析直播稻旱播水管与育苗移栽方式的稻米品质差异。[方法]本试验采用10个吉林省中早熟水稻品种(系)进行两种种植方式对比试验。[结果]符合优质三等食用稻品种品质要求以上的品种数量旱播水管方式多于育苗移栽方式;加工品质表现为育苗移栽方式极显著高于旱播水管方式,外观品质旱播水管方式极显著优于育苗移栽方式,两种种植方式蒸煮食味品质方面无显著差异。[结论]依据执行NY/T 593-2013标准判定该试验10个品种(系)旱播水管整体稻米等级优于育苗移栽方式。[Objective]To analyze the difference of rice quality between direct rice dry sowing water pipe and seedling transplanting method.[Methods]In this experiment,10 middle-early rice varieties(lines)in Jilin Province were used to compare two planting methods.[Results]The number of rice varieties that met the quality requirements of high-quality third-class edible rice varieties was higher in the drought-sowing water pipe than in the seedling transplanting method.The processing quality of seedling transplanting method was significantly higher than that of dry planting method,and the appearance quality of dry planting method was significantly higher than that of seedling transplanting method.There was no significant difference in cooking and eating quality between the two planting methods.[Conclusion]According to the NY/T 593-2013 standard,the overall rice grade of the 10 cultivars(lines)in the experiment was better than the seedling transplanting method.
