摘  要:注聚泵是油田三次采油工艺技术中的重要设备,注聚泵清阀是注聚站运行管理中一项重要工作。为了解决注聚泵运行效率低、清阀周期短、维修运行成本高,研制了注聚泵清阀工具通孔规,对注聚泵清阀工具通孔规的现场应用及其效果作出综合评价分析。实践证明,使用注聚泵清阀工具通孔规,可提高注聚泵清阀周期,减少维修成本,减轻员工劳动强度。该工具应用后,注聚泵站平均机组效率提升13.3%,平均单机运行有功功率下降1.1 kWh,年总耗电量下降137.794 8×10^(4)kWh,节能效果明显。Polymer injection pump is an important equipment in tertiary oil recovery technology.What’s more, valve cleaning of polymer injection pump is an important work in the operation and management of polymer injection station. In view of the problems of low operation efficiency, short valve cleaning cycle and high maintenance and operation cost of polymer injection pump,the problems existing in the process of valve cleaning are analyzed.In particular,due to putting forward the working idea, the current situation of polymer injection and oil increase, the working principle of the through-hole gauge of valve cleaning, the difficulties in the process of valve cleaning, the technical problems and the development of samples are introduced.The field application and effect are comprehensively evaluated and analyzed.It has proved that its successful development and application have improved the valve cleaning cycle of polymer injection pump,reduced the maintenance cost and the labor intensity of employees and achieved energy conservation and consumption reduction.Most importantly, The average unit efficiency of polymer injection pump station has increased by 13.3% and the average single unit operating active power has decreased by 1.1 kWh, which makes the total annual power consumption decrease by 137.794 8 kWh with obvious energy-saving effect.
