摘  要:海拉尔油田开发建设已20 a,随着油田综合含水升高,注水量和产液量逐年增加,油田开发能耗日益增大,给企业运行成本带来极大压力。针对以上问题,海拉尔油田采用转提捞、间抽生产、调整生产参数、使用节能电动机和抽油机变频器等技术,降低举升能耗;实施集输系统综合优化,开展降温集输试验,充分利用伴生天然气,推进加热炉及变压器换代更新,降低集输系统能耗;加大注水调控力度,注水泵应用变频装置,降低注水系统能耗;实施配电线路无功补偿,加强用电设备日常管理,减少电力消耗。通过采取上述节能降耗措施,取得了年节电3 068.3×10^(4)kWh,节约燃油2 093 t的效果,实现年节约成本2 192万元。这些节能技术举措对于“三低”油田效益开发具有借鉴意义。The development and construction of Hailaer oilfield has been twenty years.With the increase of comprehensive water cut, the water injection and liquid production are increasing year by year and the energy consumption of oilfield development is increasing, which brings great pressure to the operation cost of enterprises.In view of the above problems,Hailaer oilfield has applied technologies such as transfer bailing,inter-pumping production,adjustment of production parameters,application of energy-saving motor,pumping unit frequency converter to reduce lifting energy consumption.What’s more, it has also implemented routing optimization of gathering and transportation system,carried out cooling gathering and transportation test,made full use of associated natural gas,promoted heating furnace and transformer replacement update and reduced energy consumption. In addition,oilfield has increased the intensity of water injection control and water injection pump application frequency conversion device,which reduces the energy consumption of water injection system.Last but not least, it has implemented distribution line reactive power compensation, strengthened daily management of electrical equipment,which reduces power consumption. By controlling and reducing energy consumption in various aspects,the annual power saving is 3 068.3 × 10^(4)kWh and the fuel saving is 2 093 tons,which realizes the annual cost saving by 21.92 million yuan and has reference significance for the benefit development of “three-low” oilfields.
