摘 要:大庆油田技术监督中心的油气水计量检定站自上世纪八十年代投入使用以来,一直担负着油田流量类仪表的检定工作。特别是原油流量计检定系统,是国内最大的以原油为检定介质,检定范围覆盖15~300 mm的原油流量计检定系统。然而由于检定介质伴热和检定环境现场温度的要求,以及燃料价格的逐年上涨,检定成本倒挂的现象日趋明显,因此提出了节能降耗改造方案,可将锅炉房搬迁至标定站维修间位置,预计可减少蒸汽主管线200 m,可减少管线热损失15 kW左右。在罐内、管线和工作间内安装温度传感器,实时测试各点温度,为精确供热,减少热损失打下良好基础,也为同类型原油流量计检定系统节能改造提供参考借鉴。Oil, gas and water metrological verification station of Daqing Oilfield Technical Supervision Center has been responsible for the verification of flow meter since it was put into use in the 1 980 s.In particular,the crude oil flowmeter verification system is the largest system in China with crude oil as the verification medium, covering 15 mm to 300 mm. However, due to the scene for the verification medium with heat and verification environment testing temperature requirements, the inversion phenomenon of verification cost has become increasingly obvious,with the fuel price rising year by year.Hence, the reform scheme is put forward and energy-saving and consumption reducing boiler room can be moved to position between calibration station maintenance, which is expected to reduce steam200 m and reduce the loss of pipeline heat about 15 kW.In addition,temperature sensors are installed in the tank,pipeline and workshop to test the temperature,which lays a good foundation for accurate heating and reducing heat loss and provides reference for energy-saving transformation.
