摘  要:采用有限元软件LS-DYNA进行TNT爆轰超压场数值仿真计算,结果表明该模型仿真计算结果与实验结果较为吻合,验证了数值计算的可行性。采用该模型进行了单点、多点爆轰数值计算,结果表明,随着单点TNT装药量的增加,超压覆盖面积的增长率逐渐下降,单纯增加药量提高毁伤面积存在局限性。若采用多点拆分,即将单点的大药量TNT拆分为总质量相同的多个小药量TNT,可以有效提高超压覆盖面积,随着拆分点数的增加,超压覆盖面积也随着增加。对于600 kg的TNT装药,其单点、十点爆轰的超压覆盖面积分别为:4832 m~2、12505 m~2,超压覆盖面积提升接近3倍。当TNT的炸高在1.5~3.5 m上升时,超压覆盖面积呈现出增大的趋势。Based on the finite element software LS-DYNA,the numerical simulation model of the TNT detonation overpressure field was carried out.The results show that the simulation results of the model are in good agreement with the experimental results,and the feasibility and credibility of the numerical values are verified.The model was used to simulate the overpressure field of single-point and multi-point TNT detonation.The results show that as the single-point TNT charge increases,the growth rate of the overpressure coverage area gradually decreases.There are limitations to simply increasing the charge to increase the damage area.The method of splitting a single-point high-dose TNT into multiple-point TNT of the same quality can effectively increase the overpressure coverage area.As the number of split points increases,the overpressure coverage area also increases.For 600 kg TNT,the overpressure coverage area of single point and ten point detonation is 4832 m~2,12505 m~2,respectively,and the overpressure coverage area is increased by nearly 3 times.When the TNT detonation height is in the range of 1.5~3.5 m,the overpressure coverage area shows an increasing trend.
