摘  要:采用LS-DYNA动力学软件对爆炸成型弹丸侵彻轨条砦毁伤效应进行了数值模拟研究,并通过开展毁伤试验证实了数值模拟的有效性。结果表明:轨条砦径向裂纹主要由压应力产生,周向裂纹主要由拉伸波产生。径向裂纹受命中位置影响较小,以命中点为中心均匀分布;周向裂纹分布于命中中心到自由表面之间,命中点越偏离中心,周向裂纹越集中。当EFP偏离中心命中时,会产生大块混凝土碎块,导致清障效果不佳。The LS-DYNA dynamics software was used to carry out a numerical simulation study on the damage effect of the explosively formed projectile penetrating the rail stockade,and the validity of the numerical simulation was verified by the damage test.The results show that the radial cracks in the rail stockade are mainly produced by compressive stress,and the circumferential cracks are mainly produced by tensile waves.Radial cracks are less affected by the hit position and are evenly distributed around the hit point;circumferential cracks are distributed from the hit center to the free surface.The more the hit point deviates from the center,the more concentrated the circumferential cracks are.When the EFP hits off-center,large pieces of concrete will be produced,resulting in poor barrier clearance.
