摘  要:基于矢量磁位法针对单级发射线圈开展多物理场计算,研究其执行多次发射任务时电磁分布与温升。结果表明:电磁特性随激励电流变化呈现2个不同状态;在电流上升沿,磁通主要集中在发射线圈与弹丸线圈之间区域;电流集中于发射线圈轴向末端。在电流下降沿,磁通主要集中在弹丸线圈内侧空气域;电流主要分布于铜带中段。发射线圈温度明显非均匀分布,铜带末端温升最大。铜带可在相对较短时间内达到温度均匀分布,但铜带末端的环氧树脂温度梯度大、散热困难。Based on the vector magnetic potential formulation,multi-physics calculations were carried out for a single-stage launching coil,and the electromagnetic distribution and temperature rise characteristics were studied.The electromagnetic characteristics mainly show two different state characteristics according to the variation of the excitation current.At the rising edge of the current,the magnetic flux was mainly concentrated in the area between the launching coil and the projectile coil;The current was concentrated at the axial end of the launching coil.At the falling edge of the current,the magnetic flux was mainly concentrated in the air space inside the projectile coil;the current was mainly distributed in the middle section of the copper belt.The launch coil owns obvious non-uniform distribution characteristics when performing launch tasks,and the temperature rise at the end of the copper belt is the largest.The copper belt can reach a state of uniform temperature distribution in a relatively short time,but the epoxy resin at the end of the copper belt has the problem of a large temperature gradient and difficulty in heat diffusion.
