摘  要:在高紧凑装甲车辆动力系统中狭长梯形滤芯具有更高的容尘量体积比,但其狭长结构为脉冲清灰机构设计带来难度。针对某紧凑空气滤清器典型狭长梯形滤芯,主要通过喷吹试验,结合CFD流场分析,获得4种典型结构的反吹清灰喷嘴的清灰特性,优选反吹清灰喷嘴,并安装于原无反吹机构的空气滤清器进行寿命试验,最终台架寿命较原机提升191%,可用于指导狭长梯形滤芯反吹机构的设计与优化。The narrow and long trapoid filter has higher filtration capacity,which has high application value in the high compact armored vehicle,but its narrow structure is difficult for the design of pulse cleaning mechanism,and there are few studies at home and abroad.For a compact air filter long,narrow trapezoid filter,the cleaning characteristics of four typical blowback nozzles were obtained by using the jet blowback test study and CFD flow field.And one kind of blowback nozzle was selected,and it is installed in the original air filter(without blowback nozzles)for life test.The final test life is 191% compared with the original machine,which can guide the innovative design and optimization of narrow trapezoidal filter element blowback mechanism.
