新时代特色小镇与城乡融合发展的空间关系研究——以浙江省为例

摘　　要：特色小镇作为城乡要素流动和资源配置的关键节点,对推动城乡融合、助力城乡共同富裕具有重要意义。文章以浙江省为例,以县级单位为基本研究单元,选取279个不同类型的特色小镇,综合运用统计分析和空间分析方法,探讨特色小镇与城乡融合的空间关系机理和现实特征。结果显示:(1)新时代特色小镇与城乡融合发展之间存在要素转换融合、设施沟通融合、产业重组融合、政策衔接融合、文化交互融合5个方面的空间关系机理,且两者之间存在“由点及面”的空间联通路径。(2)浙江省特色小镇的空间分布总体上属于集聚型,且集聚密度具有层级性;同时,特色小镇的空间分布还呈现出北部县级单元多南部县级单元少的格局。(3)浙江省城乡融合较高水平区主要集中于杭州市市辖区及其周边,低水平区主要在南部县域呈条带状分布。(4)浙江省特色小镇与城乡融合发展之间存在高度的空间相互联系,两者具有显著的正相关关系;综合型、历史文化型和农旅融合型特色小镇与城乡融合发展在空间分布上有较高吻合度。As the key node of urban-rural factor flow and resource allocation,characteristic towns are of great significance to promote urban-rural integration and promote common prosperity of urban and rural areas. Taking the 279 counties of Zhejiang Province as the research objects,this paper explores the spatial interaction relationship between different types of characteristic towns and urban-rural integration using the methods of statistical analysis and spatial analysis. The results show that: (1) Factor conversion, facility communication, industry restructuring, policy fusion and cultural interaction are the spatial relationship mechanism between characteristic towns and urban-rural integration,and there is one path of "from the point to the surface". (2) The spatial distribution of characteristic towns in Zhejiang Province generally belongs to the agglomeration type, and the agglomeration density is hierarchical. At the same time, characteristic towns in Zhejiang Province mainly distribute in the north comparing to the south. (3) The high-level areas of urban-rural integration in Zhejiang Province mainly concentrate in districts of Hangzhou and its surrounding, and the low-level areas mainly distribute in the southern areas. (4) There is a high-degree and significant positive correlation between characteristic towns and urban-rural integration in Zhejiang Province. Comprehensive, cultural and agriculture-tourism characteristic towns have a high-degree coincidence with the urban-rural integration development in spatial distribution.
