摘　　要：中药鸡血藤是豆科植物密花豆(Spatholobus suberectus Dunn)的干燥藤茎,主要分布于广东、广西及云南等地,具有活血补血、调经止痛、舒筋活络的功效,用于月经不调、血虚萎黄、麻木瘫痪、风湿痹痛等症。目前已从鸡血藤中分离出黄酮、酚酸、甾醇、萜类、木脂素、蒽醌等化学成分,具有保护心脑血管系统、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、肝保护、抗炎等作用。该文对近几十年来国内外有关鸡血藤化学成分和药理作用的研究进行了综述,为鸡血藤药用资源的进一步开发利用提供参考。Jixueteng(Spatholob Caulis)is the dried vine stem of Spatholobus suberectus Dunn,which is mainly distributed in Guangdong,Guangxi and Yunnan.It has the effects of promoting blood circulation and tonifying blood,regulating menstruation and relieving pain,relaxing tendons and activating collaterals,and is used for irregular menstruation,blood deficiency and yellowing,numbness and paralysis,rheumatism and arthralgia.At present,flavonoids,phenolic acids,sterols,terpenoids,lignans,an-thraquinones and other chemical components have been isolated from Jixueteng(Spatholob Caulis).In this paper,the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Jixueteng(Spatholob Caulis)in recent decades were reviewed to provide reference for the further development and utilization in China and abroad.
