摘　　要：腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)是临床常见的胃肠病之一,其发作突然、缠绵难治,且常伴有焦虑、抑郁等情志症状,严重影响患者工作及生活质量。其发病机制尚未被完全阐明,目前认为多种因素引起脑-肠互动异常是发病的共性病理环节,调节脑-肠互动在治疗中发挥着至关重要作用。近年来基于该理论发现针灸治疗IBS-D具有独特作用,关注度日益提升。文章基于“脑-肠互动”理论对IBS-D发病机制以及针灸干预进行综述,以期为IBS-D的进一步研究及针灸防治策略提供参考。Diarrheal-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)is one of the common clinical gastrointestinal diseases.Its onset is sudden,lingering and difficult to treat,and it is often accompanied by emotional symptoms such as anxiety and depression,which seriously affects the quality of work and life of patients.Its pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated.It is currently believed that abnormal brain-gut interaction caused by multiple factors is a common pathological link in the pathogenesis,and regulation of brain-gut interaction plays a vital role in treatment.In recent years,based on this theory,it has been discovered that acupuncture and moxibustion has a unique effect in the treatment of IBS-D,and the attention has been increasing.This article reviews the pathogenesis of IBS-D and acupuncture intervention based on the theory of“brain-gut interaction”,in order to provide references for further research on IBS-D and acupuncture prevention and treatment strategies.
